Can the Lucas RM 21 alternator be a direct replacement for the Wipac version fitted to my Model 14 utilizing the existing Wipac rotor? Whilst the present alternator is providing some charge, with the headlight on there is insufficient oomph. It's a 12 volt conversion so all 6 coils are/should be operating.

No. Wipac and Lucas rotors are a different outer diameter...and it follows therefore that stators are different too.

Still should be enough oomph when 12volts. You're doubling the wattage?Somethings amiss with your stator wiring.
