I tried to order this tool a week or so ago but it was out of stock with the spares scheme. Haven't tried AMC spares or Andrews though.

you could make one at a pinch; I could give details if you fancy having a go?

It was me that advocated using your fingers to put them in and indeed I have done so many times.
Sadly those times were a long time ago, and last time I tried either my fingers have got weaker or the springs have got stronger

The tools not that difficult to make, took me about 30 mins and it works a treat. length of 30mm box about 7" long, suitably cut and drilled does the job.
If there is life after Death whats the point of dying in the first place.

Directions for making the tool would be good thanks ITMA.

Have emailed Steven at AMC to see if he has the tool but depending on the difficulty rating of making the thing I may be able to give it a go.
