Stalling on tickover when on the side stand
Merlin, they designed the tin chain case to leak, so you know when to put more oil in, long before the monoblanc carb.

Why would any one want to leave a bike idling on the side stand anyway?

In my case, because it is an effort to heave onto the center stand. But I have anchored the side stand spring so that it does not spring up by itself. Cheers, Don.

If the float jams on the lean, then it's probably missing the little spacer on the pivot pin.
