YYL 418 G80CS? G9?

I am building uo a G9 in a 1960 duplex frame I have a Green continuation log book which has both a G80CS and a G9 engine numbers. Although a rolling chassis and five boxes of bits some one has done a large amount of work on the engine. Does any one know this bike?
