I am trying to find the dimensions (ID, OD, thickness) of the 39-G8-E118 crankpin washer? Does anyone have this information or can tell me where to find it?
Sorry the title has the wrong part number and I don't know how to correct it. I am referring to the two washers on the crankpin and I believe the correct part number is 39-G8-E118. The year for the crankshaft is probably 1950.

Just to clarify...........
The part number in your title (- E119) is different from the part number in your message (- E118).
I don't have either available to measure but the factory Spares List for your 1952 18S (if that is what you have) gives entirely different numbers for the two washers between the main bearings and both are available from club spares.

Hi Geoff, unfortunately I don't have dimensions but if it is part 39-G8-E118 the updated part number is 010653 (Washer-thrust for crankpin) it appears on parts lists up to and including 1950 after which the assembly/flywheels changed.
I read somewhere that it was bronze(?) up to 1947 when it changed to steel to better resist movement in the assembly.
If no one else can provide dimensions I will have a rummage (not too sure where I last saw it) and see if I can find a worn one to measure in a few days.

They're cheap enough but I suppose the shipping to the U.S. would be costly. Maybe check shipping cost with an email to club spares?

Ah, I was guided by the year of your bike which you mentioned in another post, as being a 1952 model and assumed (after coming home from the pub ) that you must have been referring to the two washers between the main bearings.

Hi Geoff, I've just found a pair (A & B below) of used bronze/brass ones that I picked up in an auto jumble a while ago, I believe them to be AMC ones. I have measured in imperial with digital Vernier calliper's so only as accurate as they are.

A: 0.888”-0.890” , 2.328”-2.330” , 0.062”-0.064”
B: 0.888”-0.892” , 2.328”-2.330” , 0.0655”-0.0665”
Other than the rotational wear marks I cant really explain the slight difference in thickness, it would help if someone else could measure one. I would have assumed that they were originally made/stamped from a standard thickness sheet
